I got the same exact behavior. Long beep, but firmware seems to have been upgraded.
And it will do the long beep again if I leave the .bin file on the memory card.
So they apply only to the sticks on the second remote, and not the dial wheel on the left of the primary remote?
How does the second remote operator choose between the presets? Through the same menu in which they are defined?
I think DJI just quietly updated the Android app. My Shield just got the update dated August 17th. The DJI Downloads page still lists version 2.0.0.
Maybe some of the multiple crashes and loss of video will go away with this one. I'll try it out shortly.
I haven't spent much time playing with these new settings for the gimbal. Can someone explain what they're for? Are they presets to for the rate of the dial button that controls pitch or yaw?
Is the certificate that you get out of that particular course recognized by Transport Canada?
Separately, can anyone recommend an insurance provider in Eastern Canada (Quebec)?
Thanks.
Wow, I can't believe how long it's taking for the next fw update to come out. Given the history of this platform, I know it's a good thing as this release should be more stable than previous ones. I take it there will be a lot of new stuff in it.
I started the signup process but got turned off by the need to supply a passport copy (and bank info), and by the need to record ground-based video for every test flight. I rarely will have somebody along to film the Inspire in flight. How do you beta testers handle this? You're always...
Anyone knows what it the current turnaround time for this fix at DJI LA?
For those who have had the fix done, are you satisfied with it (no more vibrations)? Was the Inspire returned in original condition?
Thanks.
