I just got it fixed thanks to you. I updated the firmware again and waited a half hour. All the warnings went away and it started up fine.

Just went to upgrade software and in the Status menu it states to try to plug the 8 pin line between damping plate and aircraft.
I'm clueless...Any help would be appreciated.
