Disregard- problem solved. I had to use my slave remote and my iPad and that version of DJI Go still has the mechanical shutter slider. The app on my CrystalSky does not.
Today I updated the firmware on my I2 with the X4S and had previously turned the mechanical shutter off (because I had an issue where my photos were all overexposed with it on) and now the mechanical shutter seemed to have been turned back on and I can not find the setting to turn it off- almost...
It definitely makes single operator easier, since you're able to yaw and pan down at the same time on the Cendence RC since the two dials allow you to do both without touching anything else.

Additionally, I can't figure out how to change the units on the LCD screen that is on the RC from Metric to Imperial.
Edit: DJI...
Out of desperation I have done yet another restore factory defaults and a firmware refresh through DJI Assistant. I also uninstalled and checked the camera, then reinstalled the camera. I also uninstalled and reinstalled DJI GO 4 on my iPad. After all of this, I am getting the same results.. a...
Camera was connected for the firmware refresh. I've tried taking photos with both my iPad and the CrystalSky monitors, all have the same result. I have not done a firmware refresh on the controller- I doubt that would change anything. This is seriously puzzling me and DJI has not responded to my...
