DJI GO App Landing Gear Function

Go into the main controller settings, then advanced settings and it’s towards the bottom.

Motor overload. Aircraft will decelerate to ensure safety

I wouldn’t put it past DJI to do this on purpose like one of the other guys mentioned to sell you a new product. I’m going strictly to litchi. I like it better. No hassles.

Motor overload. Aircraft will decelerate to ensure safety

I just got the same error message today. I flew in a 15 mph cross wind and the error appears. I flew with the wind and it stopped. Flew across the wind, and it came back. I’m also using firmware version 1.10 and my app is 3.1.10. Doesn’t happen when using Litchi. Convinced its winds around 15 mph.

Will F/C firmware vers. 1.8 work with A/C vers. 1.9.1.30?

It sounds like you have a P3 controller that isn’t compatible with the inspire 1. Im getting ready to downgrade my inspire due to the fact that the video quality sucks after about 1500 feet of distance. Im also going back to 1.9.130

WTB Matrice 600 Remote Controller for Slave unit.

I live in the Toledo area. I have an extra Matrice radio I purchased last year that I would trade you for the inspire radio. It is mint condition.

Avoid non-DJI 1345S Quick Release Prop Mounts

I have been using the quick release props with the hubs for a couple of years now. The one thing I did was glue the spring clip to the bottom of the hub. The problem most people had with the hubs was from over tightening them and then the thin plastic would crack and weaken the hub. When gluing...

    Inspire range issues

If you install an antenna kit to your radio, that will extend your range. That would require you to open your radio and do a mod to it. If you go on You Tube just type in Inspire 1 radio antenna mod. I did it to mine and I can switch out antennas. For long range I use patch antennas. You have to...

Roll back of Dji go app to Dji pilot app

I turned off my automatic updates and logged out of iTunes so I don’t accidentally up date the go app. I use the 3.1.10 version with no problems.

    Quick question: Props

Think about it this way. If the motor were to stop cold turkey, the prop would naturally want to unwind from the threads with nothing between the base of the prop and the base of the motor. When you have a piece of rubber material between the base of the prop and the base of the motor, you will...

    Quick question: Props

Combined with the the threads when you have the resistance of the base of the motor as well, the prop does not come loose. The prop in my opinion doesn't come loose as it is by tightening it. It's just an added safety measure is all. I've tested it repeatedly and never once came loose...

    Quick question: Props

I do agree with you that when tightened properly they won't come off. As I have said, I have never had one come off ever. A lot of newbies out there just don't understand basic mechanics. The washer has adhesive on it so it stays on the prop. I just don't like the looks of the prop locks plus...

    Quick question: Props

Thank you. The reason the props come off is because the prop when tightened on the stud doesn't touch the base of the motor. On all other quadcopters, the self tightening blades tighten up against the base which gives it something to tighten to. The blade needs that to remain tight. If you...

    Quick question: Props

I will explain this so you can understand. Once the soft foam is compressed after tightening, it expands as much as it can and expands into the screw holes on the base of the motor. After tightening, it takes a little extra force to remove the prop because the rubbery foam sticks to the base of...
