could you put light bulb on to discharge batteries with wires attached to battery connection ??

I wonder if batteries in controller are bad ??? How old is inspire and does it look like it was misused ?

I would contact Neray Aerial.com and and ask your questions..I would think it has to be shipped to U.S for repairs.
