    Autograss racing second session

Yes it was a lot of fun and done as with dual operator. I don't think it would be possible to concentrate on flying safely and film at relatively close quarters whilst keeping within the confines of the track. Hard work on the kit though as its a case of landing, switching batteries getting...

Inspire 2 X5S lens bundle UK

Hi, I can split. For the Panasonic 14-42 and a pair of TB50s delivered it would be £340. Looks like i can ship with DPD but as two separate packages due to the watt/hour crazy rules).

Inspire 2 X5S lens bundle UK

I’ve decided to sell my DJI Inspire 2, purchased from Coptrz.com (in the U.K.) in February this year, so just over four months warranty remaining. The X5S gimbal was also purchased in February (from Heliguy) so also has over four months of warranty remaining. The Inspire 2 is in perfect...

POWER - Battery Bank vs. Generator

I don't think so, also voltage of 230 will likely be an issue. Maybe an equivalent though...

NEED HELP - BUYING INSPIRE 2

The 17mm is a great lens and one that I use most of the time. However the balancing ring sold by DJI is just too heavy. I ended up having to use the one fo the DJI 15mm lens with a UV/ND filter and a 3D printed adapter. The 25mm lens balances with a 37> 46mm adapter and UV/ND Filter and the 45...

NEED HELP - BUYING INSPIRE 2

I can only add don't forget ND filters (at the very least ND4, ND8 and ND16) 46mm thread and a 37 > 46mm step up ring. You are also likely to find that the balancing rings don't balance that well by the time you add an ND filter (especially on the 17mm) so you might need to experiment there. If...

POWER - Battery Bank vs. Generator

The powerbank options are all pretty expensive and generally don't offer enough capacity for many charges. We went for a cheap (£190), but well recommended inverter generator (https://www.screwfix.com/p/impax-im800i-700w-inverter-generator-230v/15760) which has been working very well for us...

4K 60FPS playback in iPad Pro?

That’s true, but it’s much better than the DJI footage and the iPad Pro is actually quite a capable mobile editing platform with Luma Fusion (at a pinch)... and given I can view/edit 4K 30FPS I would at least like to be able to try (perhaps just because I can or cannot in this case).

4K 60FPS playback in iPad Pro?

I've seen one review on YouTube of someone playing and editing 4K 60FPS footage on their iPad (from a Panasonic GH5). When I try to play my Inspire 2 4K 60FPS (H264, MOV format) footage on the iPad Pro (10.5") I just get a spinner and nothing else happens. Has anyone got this working, if so...

    X5S Best prime for IQ

This obviously depends greatly on your intended use... I love the Olympus 17mm, but that's because when recording in 4K at 60FPS the crop factor is 2.7 so that is already pretty zoomed in for the autograss racing I have been covering. Lovely sharp lens. I have the 12, 25 and 45 but have barely...

    X5S focus documentation

I haven't found a document (that would be too easy), but believe the threshold refers to the maximum amount of pixels in focus... It is very helpful, in letting you know how much is in focus, however it can also be overbearing as you can find you whole (or large parts) of the screen turning red...

    X5S focus documentation

I'm using the touch screen method with auto focus (tap the screen to focus and it stays there). I'm using an iPad Pro 10.5" but to be honest you can't tell if its clearly focussed from the screen as the resolution just isn't high enough. But with Peak Focus on, you will clearly see.
