Pretty much this. In Australia (Thredbo/Perisher) they only allow commercial shoots onto the slopes, and there is only one or two spots you can fly from. You also need to apply for permission from three separate parties. The worst being the national park, which unless you're slipping them Money...

When you say firmware of x5r are you referring to the gimbal firmware or the inspire 1 pro firmware? You need do the latter if you haven't already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
