    Deep Cycling at any %?

Ah I see makes sense. I wonder if the new drones coming out like the Mavic Pro 2 will have a different way of the battery knowing what's 0%-100%? Not sure how quick the Smart Powercharger drains a battery... but I stepped out of the house at 6:30 I believe and the 2 batteries were at 21.5v...

    Deep Cycling at any %?

Is it okay to do? Reason why I asked is because I flew my 4 TB48 batteries yesterday down to 30%. Then I put them in my Smart PowerCharger for deep cycle. It was draining all night and 2 of them finished and charged almost to 100%. I ended up falling asleep trusting the charger to do it's thing...

    Inspire 1 TB48 Battery Concerns

Whenever I do see the message pop up, I ease up on the throttle. Sort of sucks if you're flying pretty far and trying to get back fast. The message scares the hell out of me if it pops up when I'm far out.

    Inspire 1 TB48 Battery Concerns

I noticed 'limited motor output', not sure if it was with that battery though. I see the msg when I'm full throttling the Inspire. Hopefully the software detects a voltage being too low on a cell and slowing down the motors for battery safety.

    Inspire 1 TB48 Battery Concerns

Yeah the only time the cells become unbalanced is when there is stress on the packs. While idle, all cells sit balanced. I would expect the cells to be unbalanced while they're being stressed. Question is how much of unbalanced cells is a concern? 170mV mean that's how much of a voltage...

    Inspire 1 TB48 Battery Concerns

What's your thoughts in the deviations in cell 1 to my battery? Should I keep using it and just be easy on the throttle while using the battery?

    Inspire 1 TB48 Battery Concerns

Is this battery done? It has 61 charges on it I believe. I can't remember if I was full throttling the Inspire to trigger the deviations in cell 1... Regardless if I was full throttling it or not... the deviations in cell 1 seem pretty bad. What you all think? Time to retire the pack?

    Compass error during flight

No stickers or anything are on the Inspire. The compass is located inside the nose area of the aircraft no? If so I don't see any signs of damage to the plastic at all. I'm just confused.... Never happened before and I've been flying this Inspire 1 for 3 years. Really strange...

    Compass error during flight

Hey everyone, So I'm confused on why this is happening. It has happened twice over the weekend. Happened on Saturday and Sunday. I would calibrate the compass and take off. Once I'm 150m away, the compass error would appear. I then brought it back and calibrated the compass again. Took off...

    Greasing Worm Screw Question

Yeah I never soaked the bearings :p I just sprayed the WD40 on a cloth and cleaned the bearings. I'm sure some of the WD40 made it's way into the bearings as I was wiping clean. Then I tried to clean off any residue on the surface of the bearings the best I could. After that I just applied the...

    Greasing Worm Screw Question

I just ordered the Tri-Flow Superior Pin Point Lubricator :) It'll replace it with the WD40 original I was using. I tried using the WD40 dry lube thinking it'll help knowing it's not WD40 original. To be honest, I'll be safe and just stop using WD40 in general :P This Tri-Flow product seems good :)

    Greasing Worm Screw Question

I ordered this to replace WD40 I guess. It's a cleaner as well and a lubricator, but I'll be using it as a cleaner: https://www.amazon.com/Tri-Flow-TFC20027-Superior-Lubricator-Blister/dp/B000CCML7G/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1513232187&sr=8-6&keywords=triflow+lubricant

    Greasing Worm Screw Question

Yeah to clean, not lubricate. Someone on Facebook told me WD40 is bad for the bearings on the lead screw. How I was doing it for awhile now was lifting up the rubber boot, clean the old grease with WD40 and a Q-tip. Then I apply Tri-Flow Synthetic grease on the threads to the lead screw. Slip...
