    Assistant 2 Installed but won't open on Mac OS Catalina

    Hi All, I've installed DJI Assistant 2 but when I double-click on the icon (or right click, scroll to "open") nothing happens. Looking for a way to update battery firmware, but absent using Assistant 2 I'm not sure how. Has anyone else had this problem?
