    Updating IMU after firmware update

They probably omit an IMU recalibration because the software coders can't assure the Inspire will be on a level surface during the update.

Flying Inspire 1 close to Phantom 4 Advice?

Using an Airspace you could actually just set the P4 to follow the Inspire as the leader and focus point. This way the P4 will always track, follow, and focus on the Inspire like it's magic. It will do exactly what the OP wants to accomplish and keep the Inspire in frame.

Just took the 107 course and got my certificate.

I wrote the Washington Flight Standards District Office (FSDO). For the non-pilots or unfamiliar, the FSDO is a regional FAA center that provides services to pilots, airframe mechanics, manufacturers, etc. It should be noted they also participate in enforcement actions. In my prior history...

    IACRA Application Online?

The certificate you get at the end doesn't let you do anything; it's just a piece of the information required for the application package for Remote Pilot in Command. I don't see it in IACRA either. I guess it's time to do an 8710 and get that going.

PART 61 HOLDERS TEST RELEASE - ALC-451: Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS)

Completed and got my certificate in hand. Honestly, if you have a current PPL/CPL/ATP and a BFR or even a decent amount of flight time - I'm not really sure that course is really necessary. As with all things FAA, I'm sure it will get a bit more "comprehensive" in time.

    IACRA Application Online?

I completed the Part 107 Course at FAASafety.gov I have a PPL with Single/Multi and a BFR dated January 2016. Has anyone figured out how to apply for the 107 via IACRA? It either isn't possible yet, or I don't know how to make it give me the sUAS option.

    Inspire 1 V2.0 arriving tomorrow.

Because DJI will take between a week and two months to get the replacement to your door. If the exchange/repair process was more "efficient" I wouldn't have bothered opening it.

Unable to setup new Inspire 1 PRO TB47 battery not charging

If you want to fix it yourself you'll have to remove the curved plastic cap on the battery, remove the white connector attaching the ribbon cable to the circuit board, plug it into the charger for :20 minutes, unplug the battery from the charger, connect the ribbon cable, and then resume...

    Inspire 1 V2.0 arriving tomorrow.

I just got a brand new TB47 from DJI just two weeks ago - it was DOA. I read all you have to do to fix it is remove the white plug under the cover and plug the battery into the charger for :20 minutes. I decided to try it. I waited the suggested :20 minutes, disconnected the battery from the...
