    CAA PFCO extension Covid-19

Thank you. My big mistake seems to have been trying to get the info from the CAA.

    CAA PFCO extension Covid-19

So, am I still qualified to carry out commercial work legally or has my permission expired? I can't find this answer anywhere.

    CAA PFCO extension Covid-19

According to the CAA (unless I've got this wrong) if your PFCO is due to expire between March 27 and June 30 2020 there is now no requirement to renew between these dates. Rather they are offering a 3 month extension via General Authorisation. So cool I have an extension until 29 Aug until I...

USA Part 107 holder needed Orlando Lake Nona area 15 -17 March.

Gentlemen, following on from my previous post re flying in Lake Nona area during the above dates I am looking for a Part 107 holder to file authorisation with LAANC and stand with me whilst I fly my I2. DM me with day rate and for details.

USA Flying in Orlando area (private property and unlocked class B) in a few weeks.

That's great info RMartin thanks very much. I'm assuming that I still need the 107 holder supervising?

Hi RMartin and thanks for your swift reply, the exact area is Lake Nona Golf and Country club.

USA Flying in Orlando area (private property and unlocked class B) in a few weeks.

Gentlemen, I am seeking advice on how to legally fly this Op. I am a UK PFCO holder and realise that it ain't with Jack in the US, so do I require a part 107 holder to supervise me during the shoot? The op is a paid commission but the property where I'll be flying is all privately owned. I'm not...

I've been away from Inspires after destroying my Inspire1 Pro

I guess I'll do a little googling first. Thanks Donnie

I've been away from Inspires after destroying my Inspire1 Pro

Yes, I've heard that reception can be a problem with I2 but hopefully it shouldn't affect shooting golf courses too much as the furthest away I get from the aircraft is around 500yds. I prefer shooting links courses as the lack of trees means less obstacles but also the sun stays on the course...

Inspire 1 pro. Can anyone explain what may have happened here?

I did pay by CC. It's with repairers at the moment who seem to be leaning towards blaming me based on flight data on days when i didn't fly it. It's a separate issue but does it record flight data during a FW update or sim flight on app?

Inspire 1 pro. Can anyone explain what may have happened here?

That's exactly what it looks like but the repairers says they didn't do it and i sure as sh*t didn't, so the mystery remains!

Inspire 1 pro. Can anyone explain what may have happened here?

Sure i did, straight away. They said that they test flew it (and i'm sure that they did) before sending it back. But obviously somewhere between them sending it back and me flying it a fault of some sort has manifested for this amount of damage to occur. It's a mystery i would love to get to the...

Inspire 1 pro. Can anyone explain what may have happened here?

Here is a pic of what seems to be a melted arm where the arm attaches to the landing gear worm drive. It happened after a very short flight (5-10 seconds) where the quad was behaving very erratically, so i landed it (softly) and the quad leant to one side like a run aground ship. Has anyone had...
