I'm a building contractor but have flown GA since 1970. Small aircraft - Cessna's, Cherokee's, Gyro copters. UAV controller endorsement was easy, UOC took longer than expected. Assessment was straightforward. Providing compliant documentation was more challenging. Paid $3400 for shonky documentation then threw it out and paid another $2000 for legitimate stuff.
