I don't know what's up with this particular case, but I've dealt with All E RC several times and they have always been fantastic. When I had to send back my P2V camera twice because it was partially out of focus, they were great - they made it right. Smart guys too. I have bought from them both...

I don't know how much you might get but I would want to know how many flights it's done and how old the batteries are and the approximate flights per battery.

Seems like the Dronefly video (showing GroundStation built into the software) conflicts with "Cherry" in the chat above. I don't think "Cherry" knows what's going on.
