    Just to clarify. I was able to get my registration with ease by trying the process with a totally different computer.

    Right! I followed the on screen instructions, got as far as validating my account. Then when I tried to sign in I got the above msg.

    Quick question, I am sending in my Inspire 1 for a repair (to DJI LA) and I'm not sure if I need to send the batteries with the Bird, RC and camera. The service rep I talked to didn't mention the batts so I am assuming that I DO NOT need to send them, but wanted to check here first..
