I've heard the opposite of this as well, that you SHOULD always re-calibrate. Is the consensus then, that this is not necessary?

Thanks for the details, that's pretty helpful. I'll practice some more and tweak my turn sensitivity and see if that helps.

Which setting is it that you are setting to around 40%? The gimbal wheel speed setting doesn't change the follow speed when turning the aircraft. Are you changing the turn speed of the aircraft? Thanks!

I figure practice will help, but a setting to slow it down would be nice. It seems way too sensitive. The slightest movements are very noticeable and kind of defeat the value of this gimbal mode imo. I don't have an example handy, but I'm sure others have experienced this as well.

This has happened to me before. The most likely cause I've found is removing the battery from the aircraft, then putting it back in and flying when not fully charged. It seems to cause some kind of glitch. I no longer remove the battery between flights if changing locations on a single charge...

Expecting sound is just dumb. The blades are super noisy it would be completely unusable anyway. If you want sound buy a mic and an external recorder. No one uses built in sound, even on regular cameras as the quality is poor.
