    Dji pilot app not for ios anymore ...

    Just borrowed an iPad MD523B/A (an iPad 4) and I get that same message about not being compatible . . . I know it's not listed on the DJI page but thought it might have enough oomph !

    Object tracking

    Sure, i understand that too but . . . you can control the camera with your finger and the software is rather clever - I was hoping that this wasn't too much of an impossible task ?

    Where to download 0.9.2 ios pilot app?

    Sorry - looks like that one has 'gone" :( You could try and follow this - looks a bit long winded but it might work;

    Where to download 0.9.2 ios pilot app?

    Launch this from your iOS device. It should ask if it's ok to load, click ok and then it will; itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://adhoc.dji-innovations.com/triumph/inspire/triumph.plist It is the 0.91 version but seems fine.

    flight records uploads .. to where?

    Or maybe: "If you are using iOS can you go to Advanced and click on download the flight data. You will need to be connected to a PC or Mac via the usb on the back of the Inspire and a folder will appear. You will need to copy the last flight data file to your computer. It will be large if it is...

    Object tracking

    Sure - what I meant was I thought it might be easy to just drag your finger over the subject (like a moving car) and be able to keep the camera pointing at it - but it's not as easy as that. Maybe that's why there is the two control option :rolleyes:

    Prop Locks & Installation

    "They" are supposed to be shipping them out to all dealers that received Inspires so as to supply their customers for free. If you bought direct then "they" should be sending them direct to you.

    Object tracking

    Has anyone tried following an object, like a car, with the camera using your finger on the screen ? I thought it might be easy and a really useful tool but it doesn't really react like I expected it too. I was hoping to just keep my finger over the subject, even though "it" was moving in...

    HDMI Video Feed in Real Time

    Have (now) had success sending the signal to an iPad mini and a Black Pearl 7". However I tried to connect via HDMI to a 24" HDTV and it doesn't display the picture. Will have to try another TV (although I know the 24" one works on that socket with other sources).

    Upgrade firmware??? How

    There is nothing pre-loaded on the card - you need to add the files as described above. Maybe this will help;

    Issue setting up the home point!!

    I've read that this is a bug and that it will be fixed when Apple release the APP properly.

    HDMI Video Feed in Real Time

    So I can have all the "normal" stuff on the iPad (video feed, flight data & control) and view the camera video feed on an external HDMI screen too ?

    iOS Draw lines/box on map

    Ok, I understand that and it is really useful to draw on the screen prior to taking off. Wouldn't it be good "if" you could convert this into a geo fence - maybe in the future ?

    iOS Draw lines/box on map

    On the iOS APP (don't know about the Android one) you can draw with your finger lines and shapes on the map. I can't find what this is for - is it just a way for you to mark out areas that you might not want to fly into after take off as you might be too busy whilst flying ? Wouldn't it be...

    Flying with one battery

    Thanks, I know that now but at that time I'd just watched the video. Seems odd to put two leads on when you can only use one . . . Although it did got hot I don't suspect that this caused a problem with the battery - I think it was just faulty.
