I was expecting click bait but the article made some good points. One of my biggest frustrations is the I2 will not accept the old X5 camera. That would soften the financial blow a little bit. Guess I'll stick with the I1 until the pricing gets better.

I made the mistake of mapping on a cloudy/gloomy day once and it almost doubled the flight time. Stick with bright sunny days for the quickest missions.

You need to check Enable Profile Corrections and select DJI under the Make list.

This looks very useful for mapping portions of eastern Kentucky. Nice!

Has anyone attempted the Olympus 9mm Fisheye Body Cap lens on the X5? For $85, seems ideal. Maybe glue a couple balance rings on the front? Or the Rokinon 7.5mm f/3.5 Fisheye? I know the Panasonic 8mm works but $640 is sorta steep for a novelty lens.

First degree wanton endangerment is a class D felony in Kentucky which carries a sentence of 1-5 years in prison. Also, we haven't even heard from the FAA yet regarding fines. This kid is in soooo much trouble.
