Sounds like an altitude restriction is needed, say around 200ft. But a total ban is not needed. A full size aircraft flying at 1000ft is probably more disturbing than a drone at 200ft. Either that or perhaps drone flight altitude restrictions over the ocean could be raised to 1000ft.

I have the same props as you but mine seem to be much easier to turn. The consensus on these props from what I've gathered on the forums is to replace them with the original self tightening props and prop locks. I'll be doing that in the near future.

If you are used to using Photoshop use that instead of Lightroom. Shoot in RAW+JPG mode then you have both there at the same time. Use manual settings for ISO and shutter to keep the same exposure which is better for stitching photos. Check the recommended exposure then drop it down a stop or...

Next time you try to start it the Inspire will test the motors and ESCs and if it finds a problem will not start up and display warnings as to what it's found. Regarding parts and repairs yourself it all comes down to availability where you are located and how much experience you have doing...

Or just try moving it somewhere else if you haven't tried that already. There may be something very magnetic near to where it is right now.

Have you tried it with the gear up and the VPS disabled(taped up)?

Do you have anything in your ops manual about emergency evasive manoeuvres? Would there have been time to do anything?

Does anyone make a super light laser alti that could fit on the back of an Inspire and transmit the data back to ground? Or perhaps it could be integrated into the go app using your GPS altitude, barometer and the altitude of the ground at the location of the aircraft from terrain maps.

How stable is the video going to be without any dampeners on the gimble unless I'm missing something?

What process are you following to change the firmware? Are you upgrading or downgrading? Do you have your transmitter turned on or off while doing the firmware update? Have you tried using another SD card?

Is that some sort of prop lock at the top right?
