My CrystalSky is so hideously unreliable it crashes at least 4-5 times on a typical days use. This is something I should try.

Burned out servo, or stuck worm drive screw. Put a smallish flat blade in the hole in the belly and lower it manually then test again.

I would reinstall the latest firmware on the drone and controller as a minimum. Can you see (or hear) the gimbal micro stuttering? Have you tried the other remote controller or temporarily swapped stick assignment (make the up down do the gimbal pan). That should rule out any radio control...

Thanks @Brett8883 That’s great info and I’ll certainly give it a go. It looks to me like the flight controller works but the rest of the cinecore won’t power up. If your hack doesnt work then next step is to Frankenstein one in from another broken inspire. I’ll report back regardless.

Hi, I have the same issue where the power up protection circuit seems to have been triggered after a light crash. Has anyone figured out how to erase the "PF" to get this working again? Thanks

I would be shocked if DJI didn’t bring out a replacement for the Inspire2. It’s the go-to drone for all of the TV industry and most of the Film industry and a huge hole would be left in the market. It would put me back into the territory of flying my Alta regularly which I don’t want to do.

Mine too. Mine crabs at about 15°left, so I point the nose 15° right to fly in a strait line. Has gotten gradually worse over the years since it was new.

Change controllers and see if the same thing happens. If it doesn’t then it’s likely a fault of the controller rudder stick (potentiometer). I’ve had sand in mine in the past, but if it’s a complete disconnect it could be something else.
