Since I am flying blind because of the "No Signal" issue I use 4K mode and just capture stills from it..

I was able to pass throough customs declaring it as a video camera, they did not check it.. Below are just video stills and not the actual photo mode..The 4K video stills are good enough for me...

I would set the failsafe to like 10m altitude..Then let it hover for 5min and see if nothing happens..if it is stable for 5min, then adjust your failsafe and go to normal flight..Like they say..most airplane crash happens after takeoff or landing :p.. This way if something happens it wont drop...

was he carrying the inspire 1 on its own case? Did the custom see it?
