Problem solved... The Inspire won't fit in the case with batteries attached to it. Guess I should have tried that first before posting. :-(

Thanks for the reply, I'm gonna try it for a while, seems like we leave batteries in things all the time... Laptops and such. Shouldn't be a problem.

This was the answer I was looking for. :) However, I just learned, according to the FAA, you are not supposed to put batteries in a UA unless ready to fly.

Hi all, Just got an Inspire 2, coming from an Inspire 1. For as long as I had the I1 I never kept batteries stored in the bird. Just felt like a bad idea. But my dilemma now is that I have 6 batteries and only 4 slots in the case. I don't plan on storing them in the bird for really long times...

DJI has them back in stock on their site. Says 1-3 days shipping.

I charge a minimum $1000 for a Job. It takes time to research the location, get prior approvals if needed, pay for a spotter, edit the footage, and not too mention all of the high cost of insurance and business taxes. Don't sell yourself short, it may be easy once you've established yourselves...

Have any of you used the lens hood with the Olympus 12mm? I know the manual says not too but I've had a few shots ruined with some terrible lens flare.

Would be cool but even if it could lift the camera it could never lift the glass. Nice thought though!

I have not set the custom buttons yet. Unless they are set that way from the factory. I will check to see what mine are set at.

There wasn't more then about 5 mph wind for me when it was happening, and I wasn't going to fast either.

Interesting... yours does it in a different direction then mine. Does yours do it in the same direction every time?
