Thanks for the help guys! I received the V2 arm today. I noticed that the new arm doesn't have the silver aluminum spacers in the arm, which are inside the clamp at the "T" junction. Before I proceed with the repair I wanted to ask if I need those? I don't see a way for me to get those off...

If I'm using my same motors why would I need to replace both arms? Sorry for the question, I'm just a little confused at your answer in #1 above.

As a side note, would it be advantageous to record in 4k, convert it to 1080, then edit? Or is that not worth the time and effort?

Thanks so much. I recorded another video in 4k and once again I wasn't able to play it or even load it into premiere pro or gopros' studio software. Looks like I may have to get a new computer. I'll try VLC tonight and see what happens. Thanks for all the help, I really appreciate it.
