well i contacted dji and replied over night.... asking for details and will be sending in the RC soon. seems like a fried usb port.

I came across this item by chance....DJI HDMI Output Module for Phantom 3 Professional / Advanced .... DJI CP.PT.000241 wonder if this is the same as the dji inspire controller usb hub? mine seems to be fried so can I replace this?

Yeahh i tried that with the AC power up. Its just give a me a constant beep sound... Similar with if u connect the camera to a laptop. I try chck the sd card if it have a txt file... It only say similar fw for the AC. im suspecting the usb issue. Thnks for your quick reply.

Aviators, I tried the patch file... It doesnt seems to work on mine... Downloaded the bin file into a few pen drive... Plugged into the rc but rc stays red all the time. Seems like rc doesnt take anything plug on the usb. Is there any other way i can do this? P/s: when connect to an android...

I have the same problem as well.... Try every suggestion still not work.... Try aviators patch as well... No luck. Not sure if my rc usb is working or not. It does charge my android when plugged in. No issue with updating the ac but don't get anything when updating rc.
