@turbodronepilot - I've tried but couldn't seem to get it to install off of a USB stick. Is there a trick to installing it?

Hasn't worked for me. I continuously get the "red flashing light bleeping RC from hell" with an "RC encryption error" warning. I've tried regressing to 1.2.0.6 and back up with no luck. The RC seems fried. So little thought has gone into how to make this work from DJI. It's a second rate...

@turbodronepilot - thanks for the advice. I've seen that post and tried everything except the patch (at the end). My issue is: No matter what I do, whenever I reboot the RC I get a red flashing light (and more annoyingly) the constant beeping. The RC will connect but I get "poor connectivity"...

Thanks. No good though. Everything seems to pair - I get full control of the AC. When the camera is connected it works but the picture is degraded a bit I think and there appears to be a poor connection. Second controller works fine - even after upgrade. - CONSTANT BEEPING IS DRIVING ME NUTS...

FFS! Just upgraded to new firmware 1.3.0 on AC and then tried to do the same on RC. Now have flashing red light on RC and "RC encryption error" on the app - it upgrades to 1.3.2 on RC but every time I restart the RC I get the flashing red light. Surely this can't have fried my RC. (I attempted...

No idea ... I'm just guessing. I would expect that a camera with detachable M4:3 lenses would be a good possibility though. Looking at what DJI have done (by effectively removing detachable cameras from their Phantom range and killing off the Vision+) they have moved the detachable camera...

Look at any major tech consumer product and it will run on some sort of "product cycle". My guess (and it's just a guess) is that the I1 will be dropped in price alongside a camera upgrade. The I1 with the original camera will receive the price drop and the I1 with the new camera will maintain...

I thought the same, but surely BMD are aware of the laws (certainly in the UK) that prevent companies from false advertising!?

I've been reading a few things about 3rd party camera support coming when the Inspire1 SDK gets released. The BMMCC looks really awesome but probably too big to fit under the I1 with a decent gimbal. I think any camera that is added to the I1 will need to be very compact to be able to retain...
