Yeah I think so as well. Since there's no indicator of how many sattelites are connected, that could very well be the case. I don't want to take the risk tho, it's a 3.5K aircraft!

Hey did you resolve this? I got the same thing on my iPhone 6+. It freezes on every single fly that I have to hard reset my iPhone on the air everyt time.

To my limited knowledge, wifi normally run on two frequency that is 2.4GHz and 5.0 Ghz, and the Inspire 1 operates on 5.8GHz.. It's not like having the GoPro's wifi turned on (2.4GHz) on your Phantom 2 that it will conflict with the remote's signal.
