1345T Propeller locked on - any ideas?

As the title suggests, after flight today I tried to remove one of the propellers (1345T) and the quick release lock simply won't undo. All were installed correctly and I did nothing different to the other three that I managed to fit, and remove, with no issues.

Anyone experienced this before? Thanks.

If it's that tight use a pliers and then replace the propeller mount even if it looks ok.

I followed Lesmess' advice, got a bit rough with it and replaced the lock as I had flattened a lot of the 'grippy' bit with the pliers.

So was it a problem with the clip that gets screwed on to the motor ? Or the twist lock itself ?

The twist lock wouldn't un-twist. Whether a small amount of grit or something was caught between the clip and prop when it was done up but it was not coming undone with the fingers!!

I've had one get snug but never that bad.
