2 long red flashes and then multiple short green flashes

Nothing in the dji pdf's about the status light indicator describes a sequence of 2 long red flashes followed by quick green flashes, then repeat.
It is a relatively new Inspire 1 pro using full batteries. Multiple batteries produce the same result.
Anyone tell me what it means please?

Edit: The App is now telling me I am close to a restricted area.
Is that what the flashing sequence is in regards to?
If so then how far away from a restricted area does this warning start?

Any help to clarify this would be appreciated.
