Activation Failure

well, after being plagued with TB47 problems (still waiting on a replacement from DJI) I got a TB48 which works! great now, I updated the firmware on the inspire and the rc but when trying to do the setup for the first flight with DJI Go, I get to the section to confirm my information and click on the "activate" button.. I keep getting an error "Activation Failure, please retry" I have been trying for several days and have not had any luck at all getting this to go through?

I even tried several different devices (iPhone 6s Plus, iPad Mini) several different email addresses and still no luck14787026_10153775716901883_967022307_o.jpg14800067_10153775810386883_2019002439_o.jpg
 
I'm having the same issue. I've updated the firmware on the AC and RC but still can't get it to activate. What's the deal. Anyone know how to fix this issue? DJI support wanted me to send my unit back to the guy I bought it from...how do they not know there is an issue somewhere?

I was told on an extensive back and forth chat with DJI last night that "The Serial number was not registered before the drone left our building" and that I needed to send it back for replacement. Good start for my DJI drone.
 
I bought mine as part of the Buydig on Ebay black Friday bundle promotions. Wonder if they had a batch of ones that could not activate.
