    Hi,

I am using Inspire1 single remote. I upgraded my RC's firware by mistake via DJI GO app. Now I am unable to upgrade my AC as well as downgrade my RC.
I have tried everything, but because my AC is not giving power to the gimbal so the gimbal stays dead even when I turn my AC on.

Also I have tried pen drives and card readers to downgrade my RC but its not detecting the USB drives. Although it is showing the DJI GO app is connected to the RC as it is responding to few functions which are in the app.
RC has green light which shows its connected to the AC but the small nobb which allows us to exit travel mode is also NOT working. Even in the app when I click on 'Exit Travel Mode' nothing is happening. I tried to format my SD card and USB drive multiple times but no luck.

Please help if anyone has any clue.

P.S. - I have been reading the forums all over the internet for more than 12 hours now, yes 12 hours. No solution at all.

Not saying this is a fix but others have used a second mobile device. Reinstall the GO APP. Once you have downgrade the RC you should be where you can upgrade the AC

Yes, I used 2 android and 2 ios devices. All of them say -
    "Equipment :Inspire1
    Firmware Version:null
    Downgrade Firmware to:
    *empty space, nothing to choose*
    No available firmware to download."

Thanks for the help though, do we have anything else to try?

This is going to sound silly but why isn't the AC giving power to the gimbal?

That is really very weird. If the gimbal won't get the power, I don't think the downgrade of RC will help much. Thanks for reply.

It's always nice to know how you made out with the issue you were having, particularly if none of the info. provided to you had helped, and you had ultimately found a fix on your own. This is the type of info. which helps us all learn, so as to help others with the same type of concerns you had experienced.
If you had found it necessary to send the model into DJI for further evaluation and repair, then all the best, and hopefully you will experience a short turn around time that's not all that costly to you.

    Regards,

I believe you can downgrade the RC by holding down the help icon in the GO app
