Another faulty TB48

Just checking through my batteries this afternoon before a couple of jobs this week and one of the newer ones about 4 months old is showing as 'battery cell broken'
I ran it down to 5% and recharged and this is what is now showing. Cell 3 is obviously down but the app is still showing the full 5700mAH.
Presumably not safe to use?
Any thoughts?

I would leave the bird switched on until it runs dead with that battery. Then charge the battery with it switched on fully.
A couple of charges from completely dead might get the battery into shape...
