Assess the safety of this battery

Ok to use? Not ok? Seems to perform fine but noticed a weird swelling pattern in the bottom. I know we are not supposed to fly on swollen batteries but come on, at $300 a pop I don't want to just be throwing them willy nilly.

Is that actual swelling or just the plastic shield?
You could always strip it down and see if the foil is actually swelling. Would also put your mind at rest.

I dunno, it feels relatively solid underneath the protrusion. How would I go about disassembling the battery?
 
They are only $200 a pop here in the USA.
Looks like it was dropped and landed on that bottom corner.
Anyone fessing up, wife, kids, dog look guilty?

$200 USD = 290 Canadian pesos... :(
Might have been dropped, don't think so though as I would have been the one who dropped it. I can't really remember.
