Authentication fail?

    Hey everyone, I have tried searching but no joy. I have recently purchased a galaxy tab s 8.4 and after installing the DJI app and logging in, I then go to the user tab and it comes up with an message saying that the authentication has failed, and to sign in with my DJI account... Anyone else come across this?

    SOLVED!!
    It turns out that the DJI account username is case sensitive also!!??
    What the actual hell?

    I had a chart with DJI last night, and even they couldn't tell me what was going on...god I love these forums.
