Hi all.....first post. After reading this forum for a while and hearing "horror" stories regarding DJI service I just had to let everyone know my experience.
Crashed Inspire August 29th, broken leg and detached camera gimble - contacted DJI on 30th - response and RMA# sent by Sept 1st - shipped from Canada - 7 days later showing as received - 10 days later invoice for $280.00 for repairs - paid immediately - shipped today!,
So basically 32 day turnaround......wow!
