Hi all,

Thank G-D back from eye surgery. I spent a month in Ireland and cannot tell you all how beautiful of a country it is. Words have no meaning compared to experiencing it.
For anyone who lives there, lucky people, for all those who don't (like me :( ), my condolences. Definitely try and get there sometime in your lives if you can.
I will only know how successful the surgery was in about 5 months, but according to the surgeons, everything is proceeding perfectly.
So, today I got my "Eye In The Sky" updated to all the latest software (successfully, I might add :p), 1.4 on the drone and batteries, and 1.3 on the 2 controllers. I took it up for a test flight, and won't be doing that again for awhile.
Not that there were problems with the flight or anything, but I cannot see the drone past about 10'. Then it goes all fuzzy and partially disappears. At first I thought that DJI had come up with a stealth mode, but, no such luck o_O.
My eyes are just nowhere near ready to fly at this point. I'll try again in about a month.

Wishing you all the best in your flights, and keep those skies safe.

Hi, I hope you heal up fast and get back to flying. I'm actually a clinical applications specialist in laser eye surgery. (I teach the doctors how to perform the laser part of the surgery) if you have any questions about your healing ect. PM me I'd be happy to offer my opinion. Take care and good luck.
