Balancing the Olympus 14-42mm

I think I've found the optimum balance set up for this lens. A 37-46mm step-up ring, two BR -46-10 balance rings and then the Polar Pro filter. That sorts out the pitch balance. To sort out the roll balance, I have a 5g wheel balance weight on the LHS gimbal arm.

What's this lens like for video. I understand it's ok with stills but not video.
