Battery cell issues....

    Hi all,

    One of my 3 batteries is now showing a bad cell. It says to return to manufacturer.
    Does anyone know of a way to "fix" that? Discharging and recharging perhaps? Or some other method?

    Same thing happened to me. I wrote to DJI about a week ago - no reply. It happened to me during a firmware update. I had only 17 charges on the battery. I wonder how long it will take DJI to reply to me.

    This happened right after the latest firmware update as well :mad:.

    Hi Bruce
    Try a full charge
    Full discharge to the point where the aircraft shuts itself down.
    Full charge again and see if that fixes the issue.
    Failing that I would return to point of purchase.
