Damon, this is my latest and final version of external battery rack, it's allow me to have the VPS stay on and get the best CG to avoid the bird keep on balancing itself that will save a lot of juices.

Dji indpire 1 came and went, people who said to have 40+ minutes of flighing times never released their info. No only here but on facebook as well.
Inspire 2 is about to be released, and will have 2 batteries. definetly we will see and imporvement in flight time from it.

Many thanks to damon for providing us with all detail information and improving the performance of our birds. He did an amazing work with lots of research on it, which involved many insights of the hurdles to overcome in order to realize the objective.

Is there a way to protect an aux battery in flight for cold? Like wrap it in some kind of foil or other light material.
Of course, pre-warmed (45 °C for example).

Using standard inspire camera. the increased air time is with the extended batt-mod i do not use camera a lot so the 20 min air time is based on the new battery set-up .but i imagine use of camera will not make much of a difference ! ( fly high USA give a suitable mod for the inspire) make sure all extended batts are 22.2 volt 6 cell .

It's what we call a 'vapour dangler' puts out a bit of really tantilising info but offers no substance. Until it's substantiated I'm calling it BS. More interesting things happening in the next 25 hours.

There has been a lot of unselfish work made here, that can I read here in this tread.

I was wondering if someone has bought the DJI inspire dual extreme TB48 battery Mod ? Can anyone tell me what have you got in flight time on those batterys (Maxamp) ?

With an X3 camera you can get about 26 to 28 min with our mods at FlyHighUSA

Anybody try this set up with an X5R and how much more time did you get and with what battery configuration?

I've just been trying to locate some Multistar 6S 5800mah in the UK but can't find any. Any ideas where I can get some?

The mods we sell at www.flyhighusa.com get a max of 20 to 21 min for the X5R set up.

23:57 to 10% with the Pro + X5R and TP 2700's. Better than the 23:09 with the TP 3500 LiHV's, but still 1:03 short of my 25min goal with the Pro and X5R.

Probably try 2200's next.

You battery what is the C do you use 20c? 35c? And you use 6s 2700mah x2 in parallel ?

Old school and very weak is what I read.
