Brand new Osmo with X5 not working

Hi to everyone,
just picked the Osmo handle kit, X5 adapter to use with my I1 X5.

All installed, fw upgrade successful..... now the Osmo is not working.

The gimbal has no communication with the handle, the camera flashes green for a while then no light....

Today DJI support does not support anyone (it's saturday).

Do I received a faked unit?

You need to activate the Osmo before it will do anything. You can't just turn on the handle and it works.
