Case needed for Olympus 45mm

Finally received my Oly 45mm today. Can't wait for some some good weather to give it a try. Was surprised it didn't come with some type of case / pouch. Seems it's discontinued. What are you using?

I have the X4S and X5S. What I did was cut down the bottom sections before the fitted mounts, to provide more room at the top (maybe 3/4 in off bottom???) and I put the extra lens in the closed case on top of the fiitted gimbal with a piece of foam that I shaped to make it pseudo-fit the various lenses . . . did the same in the X4S case so I have the 15/25/45 all available from the box cases. Can put up pics if any1 interested
