confirmation of receipt

    Hello,

    Maybe I'am too inpatient, but I have send an e-mail to the support team via the DJI website and used their official online form. Of course I can understand that they do not have an instant answer, but I also get no confirmation of receipt. That makes me wonder if one you knows that they normally do send confirmations. If yes, something is going wrong and I have to contact them again.

    I did send my support form 48 hours ago and repeated that 24 hours ago.
