The Inspire 1 which has not flown and only been powered up 3 x times, has a dead LED on the front left arm.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

take it apart and check connections, possible loose connection or possible bad ESC, first thing id do is turn it on and try and power up the motors and see if they work. it shouldnt start the motors and will display an error if its an esc problem.

Thanks. Yep opened the motor covers, opened the nose cone. Checked connections and cables. No ESC errors. Motors power up no problem.

the wire plugs into the esc board under the motor cover, always possible led is burnt out. could switch feet and/or esc board inside the foot to see which component is causing the problem if you dont see any obvious wiring connection issues with the led, or maybe unplug it from the board and apply outside power source to it in order to test the actual led bulb if youre comfortable doing that.
