DJI Go has stopped working

    Have done a quick search on this forum, but here's the problem.
    I have installed and uninstalled the app 4 times in an attempt to overcome the "DJI Go has stopped working" message that comes up every time I press the enter camera view button for the Osmo. Using Samsung mobile.
    Any references to change to ios will not be helpful.
    Any other help would be most appreciated.

    Interesting! Try clearing all cache on device and try again. What is the results?

    Thanks Blue Bird but app will not open to allow cache clearing. I'm thinking my mobile cant handle the app.

    Clear cache and data from your device's application manager. If that's not enough redo it, but also delete the DJI and DJIStore folders on the SD card, only then will it start completely fresh.

    And you might want to list your exact device model instead of letting people try to imagine what you could have and how related it could be to the issue.
