Just saw this in the news:

DJI Files U.S. Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Yuneec - Techaeris

Seems DJI has filed suit against Yuneec, just like Apple and Samsung...

Sorry if this sounds offensive but the irony of a China based company suing for patent infringement is just too difficult to grasp on to.

The article is a little lacking in detail but I get the feeling this is about the twist locking mount and perhaps the Inspire like looks of one of there models. I don't buy the twist lock case as it's no more and no less different than the twist locking mechanism that's part of 100% of SLR/DSLR cameras/lenses.

If this is about the looks that resemble the Inspire than again I have to ask how this is any different than the car makers where EVERY car maker makes models that look a whole lot like other car makers vehicles. Someone made the first minivan and before long everyone makes minivans.
