DJI online store & customs

Hi there,
if I buy from a local dealer here in Italy retail prices are the same as DJI online store.

But as I ordered some items on DJI website, now they are asking me for customs fees... so which is the convenience to pay more from DJI store?

Am I missing something?

Shouldn't be an issue within the EU. I've bought my stuff in the DJI store and never had issues with tax. Switch your country to italy and you are ready to go. The shiptment is coming from the UK and tax is managed there.

And you can also use your "dji credit" which saved my in the last order around 120 Eur.
