Excellent service

    This morning (Australia time) I placed a DJI online order for some Inspire spare parts. Within a couple of hours I received confirmation that the order had been authorised and processed and by late this afternoon that they have been shipped.
    Can't ask for better service than that!!!!!

    Thanks for sharing. People are more likely to post bad experiences so the perception is predominantly doom and gloom when it comes to DJI customer support. I appreciate hearing a positive experience every now and then.
