Hello, I have been screenshoting to export frames of video… I'm sure there is a better way :) If anyone has any suggestions on the best software to make this an efficient process it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

FCPX is easy. Choose the frame you want and then export it. You can add an option to 'save current frame' to the share list in Preferences-Destination.

Thanks; I also found a way in adobe lightroom.... there is a little square icon next to the timer on the playbar... click it to bring up the capture frame button. It is a two click process; so pretty efficient. The exported jpgs end up in the same folder as the video file.

Easy in Premiere too. Just click on the camera icon in the monitor view.
