USA Filming manned aircraft

I don't see any legal issues with filming a manned aircraft in coordination (and radio communication) with the pilot; but it seems like something that could land you on a "don't be like this guy" reel. The flight would be from a private strip (Class G) filming touch-and-gos. Thoughts?
