Dear Ken

Upon inspection of your Inspire we found the flight controller was faulty, causing the crash and damaging the GPS and gimbal cable. The components have been replaced and your Inspire has been updated, test flown, and is fully functional. You should receive a tracking number in a separate email within 1-2 business days.

Thank you for supporting DJI products. If you have any other questions, please contact our support center at 818-235-0789 M-F 9AM-5PM Pacific Time. Thank you and have a nice day!

Sincerely,

I'm just glad there was an actual fault.
Not pilot error.
So.... 4 weeks from the time it arrived in Cali. Till the day it left.
That's from the day they got it. Not checked into cue.
So that's really not bad!
I do wish my Canadian dealer would have helped more, but that's what you get, buying from a small online shop.
Live and learn.
Pretty freaking excited to get it back.

I guess, since they said they flew it, I should do compass and imu calibration.

Got it back today.
They said the test flew it.
Doubt it.

I cannot understanding why, they would return my broken props.

AND NOT REPLACE THEM!!!

Come on dji, what's a set of props worth to you.
2 bucks????

I had a small tear in the back window of my wrangler. Jeep replaced the whole top.
$2200 worth.

Dji needs to smarten up.....
