Fly in FPV with locked pan and tilt free ?

Hello,

I would like to fly in fpv with locked pan and give only the tilt control to my camera operator. Is it possible ? Since last firmware it's not !

Don't you mean locked yaw? or really locked pan?

Yes locked pan on the yaw's inspire 2. So I frame the pan in fpv and my camera operator frame the tilt.

Tell them to leave the gimbal in follow mode instead of switching over to free mode. Then it should stay with the aircraft heading and they can just tilt it.

It was possible before last firmware but not with the new one.

Go4 4.0.5 or 4.0.6? They mentioned restoring something for 2nd gimbal control in notes for 4.0.6.

4.0.5, so i will update to 4.0.6 today to see if it restore that. Thank you NickU

Why don't you just add a custom mapping of the controls on the slave controller and only map what functions you want him to have. If you only want him to tilt the camera up and down, then only assign those functions.

Because in free mode if i play with yaw's inspire the x5s's pan will not follow

4.0.6 don't change anything. We can't have follow mode on pan and free in tilt from slave remote.
