Follow Mode - No Panning

Follow mode and panning (press C1 while moving dial) works on the ground, but as soon as I launch, panning no longer works. It only works in Free mode. This worked in Follow mode with the Inspire 1. I've been told by others that it's not working for them as well. Have most people just always used the panning feature in Free mode on the Inspire 1? I always used Follow mode with the panning feature.. It was always my 'go to' feature... and now it's gone.

Same, no idea why it doesn't work in the air.
